Welcome to AD&D! Greetings from Raleigh, NC! I presently serve as the Immediate Past President of AD&D. We are happy to have you and appreciate your interest in AD&D. We are an organization of passionate student serving professionals and administrators who are committed to the holistic development of all students. We are also champions for student success to which we take great pride. I am the Associate Vice Chancellor and Associate Dean of the Division of Academic and Student Affairs at NC State University. I support the strategic initiatives at NC State that enhance the curricular and co-curricular experiences of all students. I supervise and support University Advising and Exploratory Studies, Career Development Center, Academic Success Center and Advising Technology. My experiences as a leader have been enhanced and positively impacted by my engagement in AD&D, in both my previous and current role in higher education. Together, AD&D provides a network of experts who can serve as resources and add critical value and insights in the field.
