AD&D Past President's Letter: Arthur Watson
My name is Dr. Arthur Watson, and it is my honor to serve at the 2024-2025 immediate past president for the Association of Deans and Directors of University Colleges and Undergraduate Studies (AD&D). I am excited to engage with each of you as we embark upon a new academic year. It is my hope that we can learn, grown, and reinvigorate ourselves through professional development opportunities and our annual meeting in April 2025. Student Success is paramount in the world of higher education. As we implement new initiatives and policies to assist in increasing our student success metrics, it’s important that we have a community to share our triumphs, disappointments, and wishes. AD&D does that for me, and I hope it will do the same for you. For the past 20 years, I have worked in advising and student success at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
